Every HivePress field label—from "Price" to "Description" to custom fields—is registered with WPML String Translation. Translate once, and it appears correctly in every language across your marketplace.
Custom Field Value Translation
Not just labels—translate the actual values users enter. Select options, dropdown choices, and taxonomy terms are fully translatable. A listing in French shows French categories; the same listing in English shows English categories.
Category & Attribute Translation
HivePress categories, attributes, and custom taxonomies integrate with WPML. Each language has its own translated category tree. Search and filters work correctly in every language.
Search Works Across Languages
Users searching in Spanish find Spanish listings. The bridge ensures search queries, filters, and results respect the active language. No broken search on translated pages.
Email Templates Per Language

How It Works
Install WPML + HivePress + Bridge
Ensure WPML (with String Translation and possibly Translation Management) and HivePress are installed. Add the WPML HivePress Bridge plugin and activate. No configuration required.
Plugin Auto-Detects Translatable Strings
The bridge automatically registers all HivePress strings with WPML: field labels, form placeholders, button text, error messages, and email templates. They appear in WPML String Translation.
Translate via WPML String Translation
Go to WPML > String Translation. Filter by "HivePress" domain. Translate each string to your target languages. Use automatic translation or manual entry—your choice.
Users See Marketplace in Their Language
Switch the site language (or let users switch). Listings, categories, search, forms, and emails display in the correct language. Your marketplace is truly global.
